its me jean.
for those of you who dont know me from topp ass or COL or TDL Im jean. I live in the remote scottish highlands with my 3 working cockers .. well ones a sprocker really.. Im accident prone , a bit of a blether , always on a diet, a bit of a coward when it comes to towns.. hate crowds..like gin with coke!! make my own sloe gin..
Ive 2 grown up children who have flown the nest..oh and Im a nurse.. there will that do? :10:

no dash it all Im being sensible as Ive had a sore head for about 4 days and booze will make it really bad. migraines who would have them.. :02:
im going to go to bed early tonight as its getting me down.. I get sumaptrin ( imigrin) but it is a horrible drug and nearly kills me so im trying not to take it.. I just wish it would GO AWAY!
anyone with any cures Im open to suggestions..at this rate I may go for a head transplant. :04:

aww, big hugs to you jean. i have cluster headaches and they are a pain, no pun intended. no advice except a dark room thats silent.

Hi Jean, really good to see you here with the banned and damned.
I don't have any advice on the migraine just LOADS of sympathy. I get probably 1 or 2 aura Migraines each year which are a not very nice. So good luck with them honey.
need to see pics especially of your sprocker
