and this is not what i need if i work her when she is older.
There was an incident on Tuesday when she bounded over to my friends 2 Boxers and one promptly bit her on the nose, it has taken the skin off. She yelped and when she got back to me she starting really barking hackles up and everything. She is very brave when she is with me obviously.
She has now started barking when things frustrate her for example if Luke is on his trampoline then she is underneath it barking her head off at him, my friends springer was quite happy retreiving in the lake yesterday every time the ball was thrown Lils is just barking her head off at him from the bank and jumping all over him when he got into shallow water.
Any ideas she will stop when I tell her to but then starts again.

i think you need to use a distraction technique alpha(but not with treats). ellie goes through fazes of barking. again yesterday she growled at a little girl who was visiting. she clearly decided this little one was a threat to skai who was here at the time. i put her in the front room for time out. i will not tolerate growling at anyone. we are about to start a quick top up on her basic training again. i fear i have spoilt her far to much. i have never really stopped training her anyway but this growling at young kids is just not going to continue. i think some NILIF is to be the order of the day for a few weeks. ;)
