Problems with Children

Mabes has really taken to not liking them at all now,twice last week she warned two of them orf:( i try and stress to parents, that,when she retires to her bed,she must be left alone,she goes there for a reason,i really have to watch her like a hawk now,it,s not her,it,s them!:056:When she warned them,i got very annoyed,as i did specify,she MUST be respected and left alone,why,do folk suffer from selective hearing:057: The trouble is,when the children come in,in large amounts,they tend to all want to chase and fuss the kids,i can understand why they would want to,but mabes hates it,and even more so now,jasper,stays on the sofa,and he doesn,t mind the fuss,i get quite nervous now,to be honest,i think my two have done brilliantly well,the way they have put up with them,i won,t remove them from the shop,because they have always been there,i just wished folk would grow a brain x roll on when we move:046:xx

Is there any way you could put her bed inside a puppy pen or something (with the gate open)?? Then when she takes herself off you could just close it off until she wants to get up again - it might just be a way of keeping children away from her...
I know it's the children who are at fault, but that's not how it would be seen if she did bite one of them.... :(

Or better still, put all the children in the pen and let Mabes wander around to her hearts content!!! :036:

yeah,with a batman suit on armed and ready,pmsl,....there is no room for a pen in the shop now,we had it made smaller,i know what you mean about the parents not seeing it our way,:063:i do get quite stern with them too,insisting that mabes should be given the courtesy of a bit of peace,how would they like to be jumped all over whilst sleeping lol most of them are great,it,s just a few philistines,who think their preciouses can do no wrong:014: and to be honest,it,s not hard to be sensible is it :)xx
